AUDITIONS AND TECHNICAL INTERVIEWS

Who:   ANY STUDENT INTERESTED IN ACTING, SINGING AND/OR DANCING

What:   Mass Auditions and Technical Interviews for all Department of Theatre & Dance

Fall 2012 productions.

Roles available for:

·         An Evening of One Acts (multiple roles for both genders-acting only)

·         Law and Order:  Fairy Tale Unit (Only first year Cal U students are

                        eligible to audition)

·         A Christmas Carol, the Musical (Looking for actors, singers and\or

dancers!)

            Technical positions available:

Light Board Operators, Follow Spot Operators, Lighting Technicians, Sound Board Operators, Sound Technicians, Video Projection Operators, Video Projection Programmers, Set Construction, Run Crew, Scenic Artists, Properties Construction, Properties Run, Costume Construction, Costume Mistress, Costume Run,

Hair and Makeup, Assistant Stage Management, House Management, etc.

Where:    Blaney Theatre on the lower level of Steele Hall (enter through the rear of the building)

When:    Thursday, September 6th, 2012 beginning at 5:30 PM and ending when we are done!

Why:   To cast all roles and fill all technical areas for all productions for Fall 2012

Open to all majors!

No previous experience required!

Prepare 32 bars of a song for Carol  auditions.  No a capella singing.  Accompanist provided!

Come prepared to MOVE!
