    Classes are open to all members of Herron Recreation and Fitness Center and are appropriate for all fitness levels.

     

    Classes are 45 – 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.

    All classes are held in the group fitness studio with the exception of:

    *Spin:  bikes are located on the indoor Track
