Diabetes Awareness

November is National Diabetes Awareness Month. Stop by the H.E.A.R.T table for pamphlets with signs of diabetes, how to prevent it, and how you can keep yourself healthy if you have been diagnosed.
Along with the H.E.A.R.T table, the Dietitian will be there to provide more information on Diabetes and ways to stay healthy!
