Your college education at California University of Pennsylvania is the first step toward a fulfilling life and a rewarding career. Let us help you find the best path to the future you envision.
Cal U career resources include:
- The Career and Professional Development Center, where your Career Coach will help you explore majors and careers, engage in experiences to develop your skills, and build connections to prepare for career and professional success.
- Cal U's Internship Center, where we connect you to employers and show you how to find the internship that best fits your career and life goals.
Career and Professional Development Center
At the Career and Professional Development Center, we'll help you identify your abilities and interests, choose a major, explore career options, and help you develop the skills and confidence you need to launch a successful career.
You'll create an effective resume, practice your interviewing skills, build your personal brand and have opportunities to meet employers and alumni. It all adds up to a career advantage.
Internships give you the confidence that comes with real-world experience. The Cal U Internship Center connects you with top employers so you can try out a career - and gain an edge in the job market - with paid or unpaid workplace experience. Internships are led by University faculty and are for-credit courses; employers become partners in your Cal U education.
Our students have interned at job sites across Pennsylvania, throughout the United States and in countries around the world.
