A proven and respected leader in the community, Wharton credits his experience at Cal U for giving him the edge in the expansion of his knowledge and leadership skills.
“The unique M.S. in Legal Studies: Criminal Justice concentration provided me with an opportunity to take my criminal justice knowledge to the next level by expanding into areas of law and public policy," Wharton says.
"The practical knowledge and skills gained in this highly substantive, niche program will serve me well in my new role as chief. I cannot sufficiently thank Dr. Toras and her highly-regarded expert faculty for their support and attentiveness during my tenure at Cal.”
