Pennsylvania Residents:                  $516.00 per credit
Non-Pennsylvania Residents:       $774.00 per credit

Graduate Fees

Cal U graduate program rates and fees are calculated per semester. 

Many graduate students attend classes either at the main campus or Cal U's Center for Innovation at Southpointe, or 100% online as Global Online graduate students. If you attend even one class on the main campus, you will be charged a main campus fee for that semester.

Graduate Program Rates and Fee Descriptions for 2019-2020

The purpose of this fee is for instructional technology. It supplements the current resources California University of Pennsylvania puts into instructional technology. It will enhance student access to technology in the classroom.

This fee covers the activities and services provided by the Student Association Inc. (SAI) and funds the many student organizations on campus.

This fee covers the cost of renovating the Natali Student Center and constructing the addition to that building. Under policy of the Board of Governors of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education, these costs are to be paid by the students. The project was approved in a student referendum.

Herron Recreation and Fitness Center Fee

This fee will cover operational expenses of the facility, such as equipment upgrades and purchases.

Transportation Fee

How much will you pay for the Global Online programs at Cal U?

That depends on a number of variables, including whether or not you are a Pennsylvania resident and what program you are taking. Every July, the Board of Governors establishes the tuition rates for the following academic year.
