Readmission Form Application - Academic Warning/Probation

For students with previous Academic Warning/Probation/Dismissal

Start the application below to:

  • Be readmitted to the University after an Academic Standing of Warning, Probation or Dismissal. Upon readmission, you'll be placed on Academic Probation, can enroll in up to four courses (12 to 14 credit limit) and must participate in the PASS Program (Probationary Assistance).

Graduate Readmission Application Form

  • Finish your Cal U graduate degree on campus or through Cal U Global Online
  • Return to complete a master's degree or doctorate degree after earning a bachelor's degree or master's degree at Cal U.
