Project Examples
Single page and double-sided printing is available in black-and-white and color.
Projects using PennWest California tri-fold paper can only be used in conjunction
with the black-and-white printer to create a tri-fold brochure. These documents are
always double-sided.
These types of tri-folds are usually printed on heavyweight paper or cardstock. They
generally are full-bleed documents and are cut to size, creased and folded.
Booklets can be printed in color, black-and-white, or a color front and back cover
with black-and-white internal pages. The methods that we use for binding are stapling,
square fold saddle stitch, coverbinds and spiral binding.
Booklet printing must have originals in series of 4 pages (4 pages, 8 pages, 12 pages,
etc.) If you do not have a series of 4 pages, you will need to add blanks where appropriate
or they will be added automatically. Booklets can be printed in color, black-and-white,
or a color front and back cover with black-and-white internal pages.
Program printing requirements are the same as the booklets mentioned above.
Bookmarks are a great way to get a message out to students and are cost effective!
Highlight your program on a special paper.
Different styles and sizes of invitations can be printed for events on campus.
Envelopes can be printed but they are NOT PennWest California #10 envelopes that are
associated with letterhead. Please contact Purchasing for PennWest California #10
envelopes.
