Changing the two factor authentication (2FA/MFA) on your account

If you have changed phones or numbers, and you still have access to your Cal U account, you can update your information at this page: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/proofup.aspx?proofup=1

If you don’t have access to the account and you need help changing it, please e-mail UTechRequests@calu.edu with your CWID, name, and phone number so we can assist you.

Faculty & Staff

Please feel free to e-mail UTechRequests@calu.edu and let us know if you have the same phone number or if you’ve changed numbers. If you have changed numbers, make sure to include it so we can follow up via telephone.
