PennWest California Convocation Center Faculty and staff Checklist

1. Have you coordinated space yet? 

  • If you have not yet secured your event location, please submit an Event Request Form to be notified by one of our University event schedulers.

2. Have you determined how many people you are having?

3. Are you having Food and Beverage at your event?

  • Your event manager at the Convocation Center will coordinate this for you
  • Check out the menu of options

4. Have you set your event’s agenda?

  • Remember to share this with your event manager!

5. Do you have any logos or images you want displayed on the building’s digital signage?

  • Send these to your event manager as well.

6. Do you have attendees coming from off campus who will need to park on campus?
